PartyPoker.com 50 seats Frenzy Promotion - Terms & Conditions  

 

    1. 1. You agree that by taking part in the PartyPoker.com (the Poker Website) 50 Seat Frenzy promotion (the Promotion), that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the Rules).

  2.  

    1. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:

    2.1                be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province;

    2.2                have successfully completed registration on the Gaming Service and opened a Real Money Player Account; and must

    2.3                 not be resident in a Restricted Territory

    (any player who meets this criteria shall be deemed a “Qualifying Player”)

    1. Qualifying Players shall be entitled to participate in an online poker tournament scheduled to take place on the Poker Website every Saturday at 13:35hr ET (the “Tournament”). The top fifty finishing Qualifying Players in the Tournament shall each win a seat at the £300k Guaranteed Sunday poker tournament taking place on the Poker Website the following day at 12:45ET/b>” will mean from 00:00hr ET on 13 October 2007 until such time as we elect to end the Promotion


    2. Qualifying Players may enter the Tournament by one of the following three ways:

      4.1                By finishing in the top ten places at one of the territory-specific freeroll poker tournaments indicated below (the “Freerolls”). These Freerolls take place daily, but only one per territory per week shall offer a seat in the Tournament as a prize. This shall be indicated during that specific Freeroll prior to it starting:

      4.2                By participating in one of the two Saturday morning qualifier poker tournaments schedule to take place each Saturday during the Promotion Period; and/or

      4.3                By participating in one of the two Saturday morning qualifier poker tournaments schedule to take place each Saturday during the Promotion Period; and/or

    3. If a non-Qualifying Player receives entry to the Tournament, and this is realised after the fact, we reserve the right to disqualify that player and any prizes won shall be deemed forfeited.

     

    1. Officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of PartyGaming or its group or one of its subsidiaries, parent or associated companies (its “Group”), or suppliers or vendors (including their advertising, printing and publicity agencies) are not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account (“Unauthorised Persons”). Relatives of Unauthorised Persons are also not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account. For the purposes of the Rules the term “Relative” shall include, but not be limited to, a spouse, partner, child or sibling of an Unauthorised Person. For the avoidance of doubt Unauthorised Persons and Relatives cannot be Qualifying Players.

     

    1. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.

     

    1. Our Group may use the information that you provide during the Promotion or Real Money Player Account registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partyaccount.com.

     

    1. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly, and by your continued use of the Website you accept any such modified terms.

     

    1. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.



    2. If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and no prizes or bonus as appropriate will be awarded.

     

    1. The “Gaming Service” means any gaming website forming part of the gaming services offered by PartyGaming and including PartyPoker.com, PartyBingo.com, PartyBets.com, PartyCasino.com and PartyGammon.com or such other website as may be offered on the service from time-to-time.

     

    1. If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
