The Grind T&C's

1. You agree that by taking part in the PartyPoker.com ("PartyPoker", "Us" or "We") promotion, "The Grind" (the "Promotion"), that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the "Rules").

2. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:

• be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or twenty-one (21) where required;
• have successfully completed registration at www.partypoker.com www.partycasino.com www.partygammon.com, www.partybingo.com or www.partybets.com, and deposited a minimum of twenty-five US Dollars (US$25) (the "Qualifying Deposit") and fulfilled all other relevant qualifying criteria as specified from time to time in order to open a real money account ("Player Account"); and
• not be domiciled in any Restricted Territory as defined at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

(a "Qualifying Player")

3. The "Promotion Period" will mean the period from 00:01hrs ET on 27th August 2007 until 23:59hrs ET on 9th September 2007.

4.During the Promotion Period, Qualifying Players who accrue the required number of standard PartyPoints stated in the relevant tables below during a minimum number of days during the Promotion Period (the “PartyPoint Criteria”) shall have the opportunity to participate in free-to-enter ‘GrindRoll’ poker tournaments hosted at www.PartyPoker.com (the “GrindRolls”), the prize structures of which are set out in the table below. For the avoidance of doubt, where the prize for a particular GrindRoll includes iPods and Wiis, the top ten placed players in that GrindRoll shall receive a, will, and the next ten placed players shall receive an iPod in addition to their cash prize, subject to clause 12 below. ONLY STANDARD POINTS RATHER THAN PARTYPOINTS

5. For the avoidance of doubt, only standard PartyPoints (as explained in greater detail here) will be counted toward the PartyPoint Criteria.

6. GrindRolls will start at the following times throughout the Promotion Period, commencing at 13:00 hr ET on Sunday 2nd September 2007.

The Grind – Part One

7. Qualifying Players who satisfy the PartyPoint Criteria in consecutive days during each week of the Promotion Period (as indicated above in the PartyPoint Criteria) shall be entitled to participate in certain free-to-enter ‘GrindRoll’ tournaments.

8. For the avoidance of doubt, Qualifying Players shall be entitled to participate in as many GrindRolls they manage to qualify for. I.e. if a Qualifying Player accrues 25 PartyPoints for 3 consecutive days, they will be eligible to participate in the $2,000 GrindRoll + 10 iPod ONLY, although if a Qualifying Player accrues 300 PartyPoints for 5 consecutive days, they will be eligible to participate in all six GrindRolls.

9. If a Qualifying Player accrues PartyPoints across different PartyPoint Criteria thresholds in different days, then the LOWEST number of PartyPoints accrued shall hold precedence. I.e. if a Qualifying Player accrues 350 points on day one, 40 points on day two, and 150 points on day three, they shall only be entered into a $2,000 GrindRoll and the iPod draw.

The Grind – Part Two

10. All Qualifying Players who successfully meet the PartyPoint Criteria for a minimum of five days in each week of the Promotion Period shall be entered into a prize draw to win a Mini Cooper S-Class Convertible car.

11. Qualifying Players eligible for this draw shall receive one entry for every 25 PartyPoints they accrue over and above 250 PartyPoints. i.e. they shall receive one entry for accruing 250 PartyPoints, two entries for accruing 275 PartyPoints etc.

The Grind – Part Three

12. Qualifying Players who fulfil the PartyPoints Criteria on 3-5 days during the first week of the Promotion Period shall be eligible to receive a bonus payment based on the following:

13. Qualifying Players who win an iPod, Wii and/or Mini Convertible shall have the appropriate cash amount (as indicated below) credited as a ‘frozen’ deposit in their Player Account. If within seven (7) days of such deposit, the Qualifying Player does not send an email to yourgrindprize@partypoker.com specifically requesting to receive the relevant prize instead, the cash equivalent shall become unfrozen and the Qualifying Player shall receive that as a prize instead. Such emails must contain the Qualifying Player’s PartyPoker username, address details and a contact telephone number. The cash equivalents of the prizes shall be as follows:

Wii - $400
iPod - $360
Mini Convertible - $40,000

14. PartyPoker’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

15. Neither the employees of PartyPoker, PartyGaming or its group or other producers or suppliers associated with the Promotion, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

16. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.

17. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. To be entered into the the prize draw to win the Mini, please send a blank email with the word ‘Mini’ in the subject line to thegrind@partypoker.com.

18. We and our group companies may use the information that you provide during the Promotion registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partyaccount.com.

19. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By your continued participation in the Promotion you acknowledge your acceptance of any such changes.

20. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.

21. If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and no Prizes will be awarded.

22. If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.

23. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘Restricted Territory’ shall be as follows:
