GamCare Certification
Gamcare is delighted to be able to award PartyGaming a Gamcare Certificate to acknowledge their efforts in ensuring they implement and then comply with the Gamcare guidelines provided in the Gamcare Code of Practice for Remote Gambling.As the national centre within the UK for information and assistance for anyone living with problem gambling, we are very pleased to work with PartyGaming to ensure that the social impact of gambling is not a negative one.
PartyGaming has successfully achieved very high standards in terms of player protection, social responsibility and it clearly recognises the importance of helping its customers play responsibly.
To achieve its certification, PartyGaming has implemented the following:

players, thereby preventing underage players
- Controls to ensure that customers can
control their spending
- A self-exclusion kit for players
- Reality checks sited in game screens
- Information about how to gamble
responsibly and how to identify if you may have a problem
- Information about sources of help if
gambling is a problem for you or someone you are close to
- Training for Customer Care staff in
problem gambling and social responsibility
- PartyGaming consults with us when
developing and launching new products
- PartyGaming supports our work to address
the impact of gambling on society.
